The terms that govern your use of ConnectBee's dashboard and API.
You need an account to use ConnectBee. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and API key secret, and for all activity that happens under your account — including anything sent by a sub-user or team member you've added.
ConnectBee supports two ways to connect a number:
You agree not to use ConnectBee to send:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, WhatsApp's own policies, or Meta's commerce and business messaging policies.
ConnectBee runs on a prepaid wallet: you recharge a balance, and each message sent deducts your plan's per-message rate. Message costs are non-refundable once a message has been sent, but unused wallet balance can be refunded on request within the limits of our refund policy — contact support to arrange this.
Templates submitted through ConnectBee for Meta Cloud API approval are reviewed and approved or rejected by Meta, not by us. We pass through Meta's decision and any rejection reason as-is; we can't override or expedite Meta's review process.
If you operate a reseller/agency account, you're responsible for your own sub-accounts' compliance with these terms, for the pricing and support you offer your clients, and for any billing disputes between you and your clients — those are outside ConnectBee's involvement.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service — WhatsApp/Meta outages, maintenance windows, or issues on your connected number's end can affect delivery, and are outside our control.
ConnectBee is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost business, lost messages, or a banned WhatsApp number — arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
